My current Dunlop Radial Rover RVs are also marked 50 psi cold, and they are
the stock sized LT235s. I typically run all the tires at 45psi on the road,
and have only aired them down to 25 for 4WD action. Currently these tires
have 50,000 miles on them, and need to be put down this year. Hope you find
out where your problem is located at, and hopefully it is not the pump.
