There is not info for a fault code 38; three flashes, pause then eight
flashes.
The only fault code I have close to the number you gave is 37, and this
applies only to Daks with automatics. Code 37 is "Part Throttle Unlock
Solenoid Driver Circuit. Try pulling the code again to double check, maybe
you miscounted.
