5224s are one heat range warmer and the "truck plugs" - not sure what
the difference is, but I think it means the tip protrudes more than the
3923s.

The store is right in that the 5224s are a direct replacement for what
comes from the factory. However, (in theory) the customer is always
right. If you want 3923s, tell them you want 3923s. A lot of people on
the list run them (myself included) and have no problems.
