Shouldn't go above .040 without an MSD or other ignition unit.

Subject: DML: 3923 results
After one tank of gas with the 3923's gapped at .045, I noticed minimal if
any mileage improvement, and what felt like a slight increase in roughness
and a minor loss of power. And man, they were already pretty sooty after 250
miles!
I regapped them to .040 and seemed to lose the roughness and power drop,
will let you know the mileage results in a week or so. I've got my po' boy
ready to go, but I want these results first! Wah!
Note, this is with the 3.9 and stock ignition.
