3" Body Lift

To those of you who have installed the performance acc. 3" body lift.

  Do any of you still have the parts list or instruction sheets that came
with the kit? I have the ability to make my own kit using materials from my
shop, but don't know exactly what I need without tearing into the truck to
look at it first. If you do have it, would anyone be willing to make a copy
to send to me?
