Been there man, I went to my local parts dept and ordered a non-lockup
A-518 for $1500, got a 2100rmp convertor from summit, all said and done it
was like $2200 and 4 weeks to locate the tranny. It was the MP
version. still have it too, 18k miles, but now it is in the '88 6er for
sale for $2500, interested? Sorry Had to try...
