I agree, Ron. I know fully well that DC won't drop what
they're doing and tend to our every need - but I say we
need to at least make an effort. If we don't give them
feedback about their products based on real-life applications,
then they will assume that we're all just as happy as
can be. They know their brakes need some help, but
it only makes sense that they'll be more apt to do something
about it when they start getting tons of complaints about
it. It certainly can't hurt, and it only takes a few minutes
to fill out the complaint. There is power in numbers. It
can't hurt to try. It may do no good at all, but at least an
effort is made.

I know for a fact that DC *does* have real live people that
read the comments sent to them. In addition to my complaint
about the brakes, I also sent a warranty complaint griping about
why I should have to pay to replace my muffler (not covered) that
was ruined because of the faulty cat (covered). One of the reps
from the DC customer service dept actually called my dodge dealer
and told them to cover the muffler under warranty due to the
circumstances.

I know the best solution to the brake issue is to scrap the stock
garbage and install aftermarket rotors and calipers, but not
everyone has the means to do this - especially considering the
fact that we often shell out $20,000+ for these things. They should
COME with decent brakes. When spending this kind of money on
something, we shouldn't have to turn around and shell out a couple
hundred more to put real brakes on. And we also shouldn't have to
deal with warped rotors every 20k miles either if we decide to leave
the originals on. This is absurd.
