Its tight. You need to do some sheet metal trimming, but it will fit.
On a related note, has anyone seen the article in the latest
Mopar Action about the guy who stuffed a truck V10 into a '71 Cuda?
I like the part where he used a piece of exhaust tubing to make a
channel through the oil pan for the steering shaft. :-)
