I've got a 3 ton floor jack that I carry with me on the trails. I
just take the handle off and throw the sucker in the bed along with
the 4 street tires, several tool boxes, a 3 foot square sheet of
plywood, boots, straps, and whatever else I think I might need. So
far, all this junk fits under the tonneau, but if I need to I can
always switch to the cargo net and stack it even higher.
This is why I got a truck in the first place and not a Wrangler. You
can practically carry a small garage on the trails if you want to.
Why settle for merely being prepared when you can be ridiculously
over-prepared? :-)
