Well, I have the V8, but the gearing is what is critical along with the
horsepower.
I think you'll be fine, but in order to get back into the proper
speed/pickup your
use to I would eventually get gears. If you decide to go to larger tires in
the future,
hold off on the gears until you need to. When I had my 33's I still ran a
17 at the track.
I have yet to run with the 35's.

Thanks, I actually didn't think about the lift with the grill guard! As far
as the cab bolts go, I'm fabricating the whole kit from material where I
work, so I'll just be sure I get bolts a little longer for the cab. So you
think a 200hp (I think by that time) V6 with 3.92 gears, auto tranny will be
ok with 33's? I know I won't win any drag races, bu tI don't want to be a
pig either.
