Are you buying it "carry out"?
If you install it yourself, who's to say that it ever had a shift kit in it?
All you would have to do is remove the kit, then install it in the
replacement.

Are you getting a reman torque converter as well? If so, they also come with
a 3/36 warranty.

ALL reman short blocks, transmissions, transaxles, and torque-converters from
Chrysler now come with a 3/36 warranty. Anyone buying such a part needs to
make sure and get the paper work from the dealership when picking item up.
