But Rich,

He's a 4X4. Unless he can find someone to custom flash his, he won't be
getting one from Mopar. They've been discontinued.

Dave,
You'll want to eventually go with both of them. The power increase will be
noticed more with the PCM. The cat-back will only net you 6-8hp, but will
complement your intake and PCM very well to help the flow. When I changed
my cat-back, my gas mileage went up 18%; no exaggeration. I don't know if
the newer exhaust flows better than the older ones, but I doubt it.

Ok...I put in a poor boy intake and was thinking of going with a 2.5 inch
catback exhaust to compliment it but some recent posts about the Mopar PCM
has got me thinking... From what the KRC upgrade says about the big change
the Mopar PCM makes for 4.7 L owners, would this be a better upgrade to go
with before the exhaust? Just wondering... Do you think they will come out
with the separate controller for the auto tranny to make the shift points
better? I had a chip in my Mustang 5.0 and it definately made it go faster!
