don't know about most other 99R/T i must have had a factory freak because the
worst times i ever did in the 1/4 was 15.11 my trucka 99 cc R/T fully loaded
now runs mid 14's the best time being 14.50 in 1/4 and that was with a stage
1 tb,new cat and back system,ram air and slicks.. besides dc finally reliezed
that the 5.9 needs more fuel so in 2000 and 2001 they put in 24 lbs injector
98 and 99 have 19 lbs ones
