I know what you mean. I guess if it helps the smog situation or our ozone
layer or global warming, I'm all for it. I just question some of the
methods (or motives). Sometimes I wonder if the a solution isn't worst than
the problem.

    I guess I'm lucky, these backwoods guys don't even know what CARB#'s are
or 50 STATE APPROVAL means. "I will stay pollution friendly though with my
