Interesting-DC Service

I just got off the phone with the service writer at my local dealership and
he won't touch my truck. I called him and told him I needed a new fan clutch
because mine is dysfunctional(only time the engine fan runs is first thing
in the morning on cold mornings) He said that they would need the truck for
2-3 days to diagnose a fan clutch problem and when I told him I wouldn't
leave him the truck because the regional service manager from dodge told me
specifically never to leave it at a dealer again, he said that my warranty
was basically void at their service department.So, I am going to have to
drive around the rest of this week with the f*&$ing heater on again, until I
can take the truck to the dealer where I bought it and have them look at it,
diagnose it, and order a d%mn fan clutch that probably won't be there for a
month!! Sorry for the long post-
