Yes, mounting screws included and they lined up
perfectly with the existing holes in the fender well.
Just srewed them in place, peeled the plastic from the
tape strip already in place, and bingo. Nice looking
install, color matched to the factory paint. Bright
White in my case. Made a big difference as the 15 X 8
wheels with the 255/65 15 tires already extended past
the fender wells. Not anymore.
