Have them by the balls?!? You bet. Just as long as you didn't sign anything
allowing them to sell the car. If you still have the title, then threaten to
report it stolen. otherwise, you might consider a new Dak RT for $100 as
settlement! Don't laugh, offer it and see what happens. Amazing what companies
will do to keep a pissed off customer quiet. Email me direct for the Zone 1
info and manager's name, phone and fax. i could also put you in touch with the
legal dept. for DaimlerChrysler.
