Aren't those door stickers a compromise for the average joe driver? Everything
else on the trucks coming off the assembly line is. We fine tune everything else
on the trucks to fit the way we drive them. Spark plugs and gaps, shocks,
stereos, etc. Find what pressure works for you without being too soft. Use the
chalk trick or whatever you use.
