Turbulator?

Has anyone ever try the Turbulator exhaust tip from JC Whitney? Claims to
increase fuel economy, reduce pollution, and improve HP and torque at low
RPM... I'm figuring it's BS, but if it does what it claims I thought it
might be worth a shot.
