I've never had that problem, nor do I ever expect to. As long as
there's a door or window above the snow, I'll find a way to get out. If
only to say I could do it.
What a great way to meet my upstairs neighbors (who I "hear" on
occasion)! Show up at their door in what I call my "full battle gear"
and ask if I can jump out their window into the snow.
