Yes. Put them in a can of motor oil (what ever you use) and press the plunger
down a few times to bleed the air out of them. (You can use a pushrod for
this...just hold on to them sothey don't slip due to the roller on the
bottom.) You can also leave them tilted in a can of oil overnight but that
doesn't get rid of all the air bubbles.
