No they're not "pregapped" at .040". I've run several batches on my truck
and check them all...most are in-between .038" and .042". ALWAYS check them
to be sure.

Before I go and take everything out to install I want to make sure I have
the right parts. For the 2000 Dak 5.9 (I don't know if anything is
different in 2000 vs 99 etc.) has anyone changed their cap & rotor already?
Did you replace with a BW C274 and D223 respectively? If not, what did you
use? I will change plugs as well, going to Autolite 3923's gapped at .045
to begin with and see how she runs. MSD has already been installed.
