Hello All,
I have some news and a question. First, the 2001 Dodge Website is up, I
optioned out the QC I am ordering this weekend. Before I order my truck, I
wanted the lists opinion on the rear-end gearing. I tow a 20 ft, 5,000 lb,
enclosed trailer about 4 weekends a year. I am ordering a loaded QC with
the 5.9, tow package, and heavy duty service group. I would really prefer
the 3.55 gears, if possible. Do you all think that I could get by with the
3.55's or should I go with the 3.92's? How are the 3.92's in the freeway?
I am worried that the noise and mileage will suffer greatly with the 3.92's
Thanks,
Doug Sontag, soon to be DakOwner
