Bob,

I have my MTX Thunder-5400 amp under my driver's side seat. I don't have power seats, but I still
had to raise the seat. I used 3/4" particle board. I cut slits in the carpet and slid them under
where the seat brackets go. It's been that way for two years and no problems. I have full motion of my
seat also. You may want to check out the new pre-amped thunder forms. That might eliminate one amp for your subs.
You can get away with a smaller amp that might fit without any adjustments for the rest of your speakers.

Robert,
I have amps under both of the seats and in the CC Door Panel.
If you have a power driver seat you'll have to mount a piece of masonite to
the crossbars...the the amp on top of it. Your seat will still move up and
down but travel will be limited. I have mine adjusted were I like it and have
pulled the breaker so some nervous and jerky bastard who likes to flip
switches a hundred times doesn,t overtravel the seat on me. I also taped a
sign saying "do not replace power seat breaker or try to move
seat...electronic equipment under seat. So if I should take it in to the
dealer he doesn't do me any favors. My amps are listed below.

Bob
