Read the some of the future news in the August Hot Rod magazine about the
coming 2002 Dakota R/T. according to them it is a temporary engine (4.7
HO-more detuned than the Charger R/T) until 2003 R/T, which will have the
5.7 Hemi motor. I heard that the Hemi will not push the usual show circuit
353 HP but a mild 320 HP.

Not! It will produce a 260HP and 350LB of Torque in 2002 according to
inside sources for Hot Rod magazine who are keenly watching the outcome of
this motor.

I'll make a bet that next year the 4.7 will develop around 250 and the
emissions will be less than this year. Ha, it's called fine tuning and hype.
I for one would like to see no emission and 500 HORSE POWER.
