NO NO NO NO NO NO!!!! I got it backwards!!!! I had Westin's on my '99 Dak CC
and Smitty's on my 2000 Durango. The SMITTY'S are a lot better.
Sheesh silly me.

I also had smitty's on my '99 Dak CC and got Westins on my 2000 Durango. I
would also have to vote for the Westin's. They are better made in my
opinion.

I have Westin Nerf Bars and Safari Bar. I had Smittybuilt on my Toyota. In
my opinion
Smittybuilt is better quality. The Westin bars aren't as thick and can bend
easily.
Smittybuilt is made of a thicker gauge steel, therefore will be more rigid.
Grizzly is
another brand you may want to look at. At the time I bought mine, neither
Smittybuilt
or Grizzly were available.

I have a brother that put Westen (<~~spelling?) nerf bars on his 97 F-150
4x4. I helped install them. They seemed to be very good quality and were
simple to install. His were black powercoat.
