DML suggestions for Air Intakes and Exhausts...2K 4.7L

Has the DML come up with a Consensus on the best "bang for the buck" on (1)
intake systems like K&N or others; and on (2) exhaust (cat-back) systems for
the 4.7L V8???

These appear to be good HP returns for the money, as well as some nice
esthetics on the truck.

Appreciate your suggestions as to brand and source of supply...I'm ready to
hit the wallet in the next week or so.
