Well I've routed a couple wires from my tailgate for a
light and alarm sensor very neatly under the truck
using tie straps and sliding them under cross supports
where I could, you could easily run the wire under the
cab and then bring the antennae cable through a rubber
grommet already on the firewall, it's a long way to go
but it will work.
