All of the throttle bodies are very comparable to each other. It just
depends on what you want.
I personally own a SuperBore 250 (V6 "Special") which is VERY strong on the
bottom end torque and top end performance and have also installed/driven a
F&B Throttle body (which is also a very nice piece of work.) I can't say
anything bad about the QuickD TB either since there are a lot of people
running them with excellent results.
It's mainly a choice between personal preference and budjet. (Personal
preference is referring to a custom TB built for your specific
application...which is what Jules does very well.)

Subject: DML: Throttle Bodies
I've been doing a quick study on TB's. Most mentioned are QuickD, F&B, and
Magnum Performance. There are some pretty big disparities on price. Does
anyone here know the pros and cons of each of these? Does it really pay to
get the Super Karrbine 250 Super Shaft at almost $1,000 from Magnum
Performance vs any of the other ones? From what I've read I assume it's all
about amount of airflow and the way it airflows, correct? If I go all out
(meaning the expensive one) will I not realize its full potential without,
say, the MPI manifold? Jon or Jon? Bernd?
TIA,
Ron
