Yup. The Phenolic block is the closest thing to wood. (Great heat
isolation properties as well.)

On this subject, I heard from a good friend that in a performance magazine

read a while back they compared alot of different performance T body
spacers
against one another and they came to the conclusion that the best one you
can
get and the cheapest is by making it yourself out of a piece of wood. I am
doing some more research on this before trying it myself and my buddy is
trying to dig up the article again to tell me which magazine it was. Has
anyone heard of this?
