My experience is that its more of an rpm limiter than a speed limiter but
that it takes both rpm and speed into account.
I can get 110+ if I ease it up there and stay out of the high rpms, but if
I'm kicking it it cuts out mid 90s.

Maybe mine is broke. Anyone else's behave like this?
