Government baning certain semi-auto firearms overstepped their authority by
intervening in both inter-state and intra-state commerce. It had nothing to
do
with individuals buying a semi auto in one state and transporting it to
another state. (which is illegal and has been since 1968) Then Yahoo just
asked if semi autos should be outlawed.
