Jon,
Use the stock key and plate. You won't have any trouble. When you torque
cam to the cam gear, your spacing will take care of itself.

hmmmm, nope and nope :( I got the cam from Mike D. and I know he'd give me
everything that came with it.... I didn't see a thrust bearing come out
with the old cam... anything wrong with reusing the cam key?
