3.90 gears will get rid of a lot of the acceleration blues with 31" tires.

Ok,
I have kinda been depressed with the performance of my dodge... I have 31"
tires on it, with standard gears, and its kinda been less than gutsy on the
freeway... well today I had to drive my sisters jeep, and wow.... its like
my dodge is a gift straight from God... hit one little bump and your all
over the road (do those things have shocka absorbers???) anyway... I found
out that if I am doing like 2-2.5k rpms and hammer the gas I can start
spinning em in 1(duh), 2(getting a LITTLE cooler) 3(whaaa... my dodge DOES
have juevos)... Now... I would like to know what else I can do to improve
performance... mainly being able to push the gas pedal when I am doing 75mph
and have it accelerate =)
I am already investigating smaller ires... I dont like the look of those
anyway, I have a po-boy intake, soon to be swapped out, as its made out of
he less desirable pvc, and I know thats not good for the intake... already
got new plugs and wires...
from fellow owners, I would like to see what other mods have made tons of
difference
NOTE: I dont have the 2400 bucks for a supercharger YET =)
