I see this all to often out here. I seen a tag axle for a set of doubles
on a big rig get left out in the traffic lanes (someone hit it and
died), tons of ladders, oil drilling equip (HEAVY!!) and believe it or
not, a BB Ford engine, complete from carb to oil pan!! Wheels, car
batteries, chairs, mufflers, large concrete chunks, wood, couches,
ovens, well, you get the pic!! The rule here is that if you hit it while
you're moving, it goes on you for not paying attention to the road. If
you hit it while it's still like bouncing around, it's not your fault.
