WE JUST PURCHASED A 2001 PT, AND ARE NOW HAVING TROUBLE. THE DEALER SOLD THIS
AS A USED VEHICLE SINCE IT WAS PURCHASED BY THEM FROM ANNOTHER DEALER, AND
SOMEWHERE ALONG THE WAY THE KEYLESS ENTRY KEY FOBS WERE LOST OR CONVENIENTLY
MISPLACED. THEY NOW CLAIM THAT THEY CAN ONLY INSTALL AN AFTERMARKET ALARM FOR
300 BUCKS, AND THAT THE CAR DOES NOT COME WITH ANY SORT OF SECURITY ALARM.
THE BROCHURES STATE THAT THE LIMATED PT CRUISERS DO COME WITH A SECURITY
SYSTEM. I NEED TO CONTACT CHRYSLER REGARDING THIS, BUT HAVE NOTHING OTHER
THAN THE SINGLE CUSTOMER SERVICE # WHICH IS BUSSY. IF ANYBODY CAN HELP PLEASE
EMAIL ME PERSONALY. THIS SEEMS TO BE AN UNFAIR ATTEMPT BY A "FIVE STAR"
DEALER TO MAKE MORE MONEY BY CHEATING A CUSTOMER.
