I've not seen an electric fan setup yet that I'm comfortable enough
with to put on my 360. I think a dual will pull enough air, but it's
a major fab job to get it to work. As for the underdrive pulley, ASP
makes a nice one for the 98/99 R/T. The 00/01 R/T has the pulley
pressed on so you can't change it.
