I was shifting at 5k cause it seemed to run out of 'steam' much about that
RPM, however I went today a got my 3" pipes for the homemade intake maybe
that will help. (I'll try it at 5500 next time) Also it was curious that the
R/Ts I was running against was getting better 330ft times, but I would gain
on them from the 330ft mark till 1/8 and lose ground from 1000' through 1/4
... aerodynamtics?
The biggest problem I had was launching without getting wheel hop, stock
tires aren't much either .. it would spin thru the 3rd gear shift. Also do
you have a problem with your clutch heating up after several runs??
