Mine did, in fact they didn't just rub but would have messed up the wheel had I
lowered it to much. I had to use the spacers on my '96 and I do not have alot of
clearance (maybe 2/8") but I have never had any rubbing between the wheels and
suspension from adding my spacers. I drive a little hard at times and there are
some really bad roads on my way to work and no problem. In back though there is no
clearance problem at all. I just added spacers there to keep the same track. Picky
I guess. As far as the guy with no spacers i'd like to know how he did it. I would
assume he trimmed down the upper control arm. If so then they will clear but still
not by much. BTW, if anyone needs a template to have the spacers made I have one
that I did on a CAD program. I sent it to a guy that had access to equipment and
was able to help me out pretty sure he's not on the dml anymore though. I made the
template due to I wanted spacers made for our lug pattern (there are none) and I
wanted them made out of 1/4" plate steel.
