Silver was not a factory color until the 2001 model year. From some
angles with certain lighting conditions, Light Driftwood tends to look a
little like Silver.
I'd get the truck checked out by an independent mechanic whom you
trust. Even if you didn't have these concerns about this particular
truck, it's not a bad ideato do this for any used vehicle purchase. A
Carfax report might not hurt either; someone on the list just got a
60-day unlimited use account with them, just need the VIN.
