You have a bare positive wire exposed that is occasionally touching ground.

Subject: DML: Blowing Fuses

Anyone out there have similar problems to this:
Dash instruments lights keep blowing the fuse.
- Installed new PIAA Super white bulbs (9007)
- Had some new wiring installed to upgrade my amps.
- Tailights and headlamps flicker before fuse blows then they stay
working fine.
Any ideas out there before i send it to my 5 star Chrysler Dealer....lol
