Jack,
Look at your folder options in Explorer and make sure you aren't set to
hide system files. If so you won't be able to see anything with a .inf
extension. In the past when I've installed Tweak UI I just pointed it back
to the folder I had the original program unzipped into and it seemed to be
OK with that.
Hope this helps.

The free download program is supose to help with
deleting cookies and other ways to trace computer
usage - similar to the link Bernd sent, but free.
The only problem is that after unzipping it it is
asking for a TWeak disk supplied by the manufacturer.
The download page doesn't metion this. Also, it
mentions to right click on the .inf file - but I don't
see it.
Any help out there?
thanks
