I've been looking at jacks, but I'm not going to go any lower than 2 1/2
tons. A GenIII CC is over 4000 lbs empty, a QC even heavier. I know
there's a safety factor built into that rating, and you're not lifting
the whole thing in one shot, but I'd rather buy too much jack than take
a risk.
