If it has to go to court, the judge is going to tune out unless you have a
paper trail. GET THE DENIAL IN WRITING.
Also, most of these don't get to court. They settle out before them. The
better job you have done nailing down the case getting things in writing,
documenting the chronology of events. The better quicker settlement you
will be offered. DC's lawyers will quickly judge your resolve and whether
your are a detail oriented believable witness. Make them think you are,
and they won't want the case.
