Grady,
Figure around a 20% loss through the drivetrain. It usually varies between
18-22%.

Folks-

I remember seeing someone post an estimate for drivetrain losses, but I
didn't keep it. What percentage of the HP does my 5 speed skim off of
there?

I went to Dyno Pro in Denver and got a dyno done -- he has a Dynojet model
248c Chassis Dyno. Neat process. For the record, the speed limiter kicked
in at 112mph, every time.
