I just got back from "Street night" at Richmond D'way. Weather was cool and
damp, almost foggy, in fact its foggy out right now. My first run was at 6pm,
and the last run was right about 10pm. Traction was poor tonight, my 60'
times were in the 2.04-2.05 range, usually I'm in the mid 1.9's. All in all I
had a very good night, I tied my personal best of 14.48 @ 92.45 mph (9:30pm)
60' on that run was 2.04.
My runs in order were : 14.63, 14.53, 14.58, 14.60, 14.48, 14.51.
All MPH's were 92.0-92.5 range.
So basically I feel like if the track will start hooking like it has before,
I should be able to run a 14.3. This was only the second time I have ever run
14.4, and the 14.51 was the 3rd quickest I have ever gone.
Bottom line is, the Leach PCM, which Dyno'd an 8hp increase, will give me a
-.10 sec. when the track is right.

Now, Time for some 26" slicks instead of these 28"s, that'll give me a 4.20+-
gear, and put me in the traps around 4800-5000 rpms, that should get me in
the 14.2's.
Back to the track on Sunday, daytime racing, might go a little quicker???
