Pretty much. While you're at it, clean out the AIS port and the actual
solenoid as well.

Just purchased a can of Throttle Body cleaner (spray). So to use this I
should remove air hat, spray the inside and butterflies a little bit, then
start the engine and spray some more into the TB while moving the linkage so
the engine doesn't stall. Am I correct in this procedure?
