Ted - When I was using Zaino, I had the same problem even during the
heat of the summer day. What I wound up doing was to remove the Z-5
the best I could and then used the Z-2 according to the directions. Once
the Z-2 was removed, there was no more film. The results were
"acceptable".
I say acceptable because I honestly don't think Zaino is worth the extra
money. I have since switched to Meguire's and find my paint to be as
smooth and as shiny as the Zaino. Anyway, use the Z-2 and wipe off.
There won't be any more film ... even after using the spray detailer.
