Mighty mike,
I see you have changed addresses....Did you still want the dash pieces? This
is my second attempt to contact you through the list.... Since I have been
playing around with these dash pieces for about 2+ weeks now I have decided
that you have a week to get a check to me or another member of the club is
going to get them...
Sincerely,
Tim

Subject: DML: Re: A500 trans (904 OD) and 450 HP?
>>As you may know, I am (Slowly) building a 360 to put in my 88' Dak. It
currently has a 3.9 backed by an A500 OD trans. I have a 727 that I was
going to put behind the 360. Now I'm thinking that I could save a lot more
gas with the OD trans. My question is, will the A500 stand up to about 450
horses? Can I convert the 727 to a lockup torque converter? (727 is a 1978
model.)<<
450hp and you're worryin' about gas mileage?
A518 is your best bet... OD, lockup converter. I don't think anyone makes a
lockup high stall converter for a 727 anyway, but I could be wrong
