RE: DaimlerChrysler now Daimler-Benz (coming soon)

Unfortunately Shrempp is probably in a win win situation. If the stock does
well he will be with Daimler-Benz for awhile and I'm sure he will be
compensated for his work. If the stock does poorly (as it is doing now) and
he is relieved of his position I can bet he has a golden parachute that will
me more than most of us will see in a lifetime.

Pisses you off doesn't it. If we screw-up on our job we are out on ear with
little more than a kick in the ass.

That he did, and I'd love to see the stock take a dive taking down him and
his beloved Daimler-Benz organization. Way I see it deception is always bad
business practice and those who use it deserve to get hammered. Chrysler
could always be scooped up and revived by an honest executive.

The fellow who wrote this was a financial expert, not a "naive" Chrysler fan
or employee. He knows his stuff, but you can only know these things if the
truth isn't hidden. Shrempp did his best to hide the truth, and he managed
to fool the smartest. Simple as that....

> I can't believe that anyone believed that it was anything but a hostile
take over.. having experienced a few takeovers as an employee, I have found
there is no such thing as a merger of equals, or a friendly take over. I
guess it shows how naive chrysler and numerous chrysler fans we're.
